Provision of Board Advisory / Non Executive Director Services
Moore Stephens Nathans currently provides partners who sit on the board of a number of large organisations. Our role is to provide access to expertise, networks, and knowledge that the company may not have in house, or needs a broader commercial view. In addition the independence and ‘birds eye view’ brought provides a valuable counterpoint from outside the business. Short term appointments, will often be made to help the company through a transition such as a turnaround situation, Merger, Acquisition, Floatation or MBO.
