Ned has over 10 years of experience in the Corporate Finance field including successful placements in the Tourism, Manufacturing, Software and Technology industries. Ned believes in ensuring that transactions are fully supported throughout the deal cycle. From conception, through negotiation and deal structure, to fund placement and tax management, Ned and his team aim to bring added value that will ensure the success of his client’s ventures.
Ned also supports our regulatory teams extensive work in the area of Credit Unions, particularly risk assessment and Corporate Governance.
