 Matt brings experience of leadership, management and strategy development from
some of Europe and the World’s largest companies. His approach and experiences come from a practical background as a bank trader and innovator in the international finance markets, coupled with a depth of experience as a performance consultant in elite sport. Matt believes that consistent high performance is predictable and manageable if the right talent is identified and developed. Work with Olympians and professionals in Rugby, Golf, Tennis and Cricket has led Matt to synergise these experiences with his corporate work and leaders of multi-national companies have benefited from this approach.
Matt joins Moore Stephens Nathans as a consultant to provide added experience and expertise to our already active management consultancy areas.
