Mark’s international expertise originates from his time spent in the tax department of a multi-national company and advising on the tax affairs of the Irish subsidiaries of some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies. Joining Nathans from PWC Mark has led the development of the firm’s international client base and has been instrumental in helping clients exploit the advantages of Ireland’s attractive Corporate Tax rate, IP regime and holding company structures. Mark’s achievements in this field have been widely recognised and as a result he has presented at International conferences, is a member of the Council of the Irish Taxation Institute and chairs a number of influential committees for the Institute.
