 Henry is a manager in Moore Stephens Nathans and is responsible for insolvency assignments and has extensive experience in all aspects of insolvency. Henry’s approach is to ensure an efficient, discreet and effective resolution to challenging circumstances. He has been responsible for the orderly winding up of a variety of companies in the recent past through Creditors Voluntary Liquidations, Members Voluntary Liquidations and High Court Liquidations.
Henry has experience in all aspects of insolvency related work, from assisting the directors in the preparation of the Declaration of Solvency in Members Voluntary Liquidations to advising Directors of their statutory responsibilities in Creditors Voluntary Liquidations through to managing the day to day affairs of existing liquidations and dealing with thirds parties such as the DETE and ODCE.
