Carl Dillon is managing partner with Moore Stephens Nathans, having moved into the role in 2008 with a vision to ensure Nathans recognition as one of the leading second tier practices in Ireland, capable of competing with Big Four firms in particular sectors. Carl acts as a key enabler in concert with the Moore Stephens Nathans partners in Ireland, drawing on the strengths inherent in each to move Nathans towards achievement of its vision.
Carl acts as a non-executive director in a number of groups, providing expertise and advice in transition and change scenarios, helping companies build successful board structures and develop strategies for growth.
Carl also leads the Corporate Rescue / Turnaround and Insolvency team within Moore Stephens Nathans, where his commercial skills and experience bring added value both to Nathans clients and to those companies and directors seeking the additional support that is often needed in the current economic climate.
Professionally Carl has been in practice for over 20 years and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has been a member of the Insolvency Committee and the Information Technology Committee of The Institute of Chartered Accountants In Ireland.
