 Damian is a strong believer in commitment to both the client and the practice. He feels that we should do whatever amount of additional work that is deemed necessary to get the client over the line in respect of their filing requirements be it with Revenue, CRO or the Law Society.
Damian’s role as manager entails a particular focus on our legal clients. He oversees the annual inspection of client’s records in line with Solicitor Regulations and has responsibility for filing their annual return with the Law Society of Ireland. Damian’s focus on this particular area has seen him give a presentation to a number of solicitors in Cork on compliance with the Solicitor Regulations.
Damian also has responsibility for overseeing a number of our companies in the audit exempt category and the preparation and filing of individual’s income tax returns.

Main Areas of Interest/Expertise
Solicitors Accounts Regulations and compliance with reporting requirements to the Law Society of Ireland. Sole Trader Accounts preparation and Income Tax returns.
Hobbies and Interests
Main interest in sports and in particular soccer. Attempts to take in as much live sporting events as possible in the locality. Has acted in a voluntarily capacity as treasurer to local football club Avondale United for a number of years.
