Our experience in this field covers:
- Business Expansion Schemes
- The firm has a long history of raising funds in this area. We typically raise in the region of €3m annually for a wide range of companies in the following sectors: software technology, waste manufacturing, tourism approved facilities such as outdoor pursuit centres, holiday hostels, marinas, coach companies and ferries. We assist companies both in BES approval, prospectus production and in fundraising. Our experience will ensure that the necessary tax clearance is obtained with undue delay and we have a strong contact pool of investors to ensure fundraising potential is maximised.
- Straight Equity financing
- We assist companies in private equity placement, by grooming the company for prospectus production, and then dealing with all aspects of the finance raising from teasers, prospectus runs, and executing the legals that finalise the placements. Given our broad private client base, we are well positioned to expose target companies to investment opportunities.
- Syndicated Property Investments
- We prepare property backed investment products, primarily in Germany. We source the property, carry out due diligence on deals , source partners both in Ireland and abroad to deal with all management issues and produce a prospectus that is disseminated to our contact base. Our choice of conservative property investments in mature and settled areas of Germany has generated significant success over the past number of years.
- Tax based capital allowance schemes, including Hotels, Nursing Homes.
- We have a long history of bringing tax based capital allowance schemes to the market. Our service offering includes dealing with all aspects of taxation approval, prospectus preparation and sourcing investors. In the past 20 years, tax based investments have been enormously popular, and we have had considerable success in raising funds by this means. Our ability to co-ordinate all aspects of tax schemes in-house (corporate finance, tax and legal) has enabled us to provide a full in-house solution for tax based investments.
- We have access and contacts with leading Venture Capital funds and can carry out all relevant negotiations in this area as well as provide necessary introductions ensuring the best possible outcome for our clients.
- Mezzanine Finance, representing debt with the characteristics of equity, has become a standard financing raising mechanism that we have become involved in the recent years. We can provide all the appropriate advice in structuring Mezzanine Finance tranches, from issuing prospectus to executing the legals. Again, our developed pool of contacts enables us to maximise fund raising potential for our clients.
